# Resolution Guide: Error Code 1017

#### Error Message

**"Please ensure that the Epic account linked to the website is the same as the account you used to log in to the Epic Launcher."**

#### **Cause**

* The tester coupon has not been registered.
* The Epic account linked to the SuperB website is different from the account used to log in to the Epic Launcher.

#### **Resolution Guide**

**Step 1: Log in to the SuperB Website**

* Access the SuperB website and log in using your MetaMask wallet.

**Step 2: Verify the Linked Epic Account**

* Scroll down to find the Epic account linked to your SuperB profile and take note of the account name.

**Step 3: Verify the Epic Account Logged into the Launcher**

* Open the Epic Launcher, select your profile in the top-right corner, and confirm the account name.
* If the account name differs from the one noted in Step 3, log out of the Epic Launcher and log back in using the same Epic account linked to the SuperB website.\
