# Resolution Guide: Error EOS\_Auth\_ExchangeCodeNotFound

#### Error Message

**"OnlineSubsystem(EOS) Login failed. Error(Login(0) failed with EOS result code (EOS\_Auth\_ExchangeCodeNotFound)) Do you want reconnect?"**

#### **Cause**

* Client version mismatch.
* Enable Offline Mode Browsing is on.

**Step 1: Check & Update Client**

* From the Epic Launcher's Library, check the client version.
* If the version doesn't match the latest, update your client.&#x20;

**Step 2: Disable Offline Mode Browsing**

* From the Epic Launcher's settings, uncheck the 'Enable Offline Mode Browsing'.
