Enable Offline Mode Browsing is on.
Step 1: Check & Update Client
From the Epic Launcher's Library, check the client version.
If the version doesn't match the latest, update your client.
Step 2: Disable Offline Mode Browsing
From the Epic Launcher's settings, uncheck the 'Enable Offline Mode Browsing'.
